A concentrated jet of steam, incorporating a powerful detergent, will clean your flat bed belt; liquefying oils, greases and fats, lifting the most stubborn stains. Stategically - positioned scraper bars, with neoprene rubber squeegee blades, push the residue of soils into the hopper-style base, which are then sucked away by vacuum into a container, leaving your belt clean and bacteria-free.

An integral high-pressure steam system directs jets of a steam/detergent mix onto the conveyor belt at a temperature of 175 ^oC and at a pressure of 8 Bar. At this temperature, dry steam can eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, whilst removing sugar foods, chocolate, caramel and bakery products, expelling and debris in the process, in conjunction with the two scraper squeegeebars.

The unit will clean and sanitize both sides of the belt simultaneously, enhancing productivity and increasing cleaning efficiency. A powerful vacuum system will suck away all spoils from the under slung uni, thus eliminating any bacteria transfer to floor surfaces. The unit is easily cleaned and by its very nature, will be sterilized after each operation. Coupled with its portability, it also offers great flexibility to users, enabling the unit to be moved from conveyor to conveyor in minute. However, it can also be used as a fixed and permenant installation, as it does not impede the product travelling along the top of the belt.
